On Sunday mornings, we have Community Groups from 9:45 – 10:45a. Breakfast items are usually a part of this, as well as coffee for the adult teachers. We use Intersections, a deep Discipleship curriculum designed for students. that is part of a Next Gen strategy for our church. Both Middle School and High School meets on the first floor of the FLC building.
After Community Groups, we have a Next Gen Service at 11a that is designed specifically with our students and the next generation in mind.
Sunday nights from 5:00 – 6:30, our Middle School students help with our K5-5th grade ZIP program in the Children’s area located in the main building. While Middle School helps with the K5-5th graders the High School students meet in the first floor of the FLC building for a small group study based on a recently published book or curriculum. Some of the recent ones have included books by Louie Giglio, Matt Chandler, Levi Lusko, and Amy-Jo Girardier.
Middle School and High School may do activities that vary from the ones listed above, so be sure to check the calendar or Facebook page!
On Wednesday nights from 6:00 – 8:00, both Middle School and High School students meet on the first floor of the FLC building for combined worship and games. After worship Middle School will separate from the High School for a message more specifically designed for their age group. At the end of both services Middle School and High School will hang out, play basketball, and play 9 square in the gym until 8p. Once a month, we have a UNITE where Middle School and High School stay together for the night and often hear from John & Brandon or a guest speaker.
